most things are bad, and people find their own individual ways of defining that. some things are small and positive

obsessively worshiping (fetishizing) images/ideologies/memes brings the death of novelty which might be the first stages of alienation or depression or, more fundamentally, the death of human agency within space/time

if your resting states are empty, or destructive, rather than rejuvenating, be conscious of that and work to change it through regular exercise, time in nature, better diet, magnesium, sleep, air filters, conscious and meaningful substance use, saying no at work, etc

the only important things are learning how to love fully and getting enough magnesium. the two might be connected

im finding (reminding) it’s the prideful, show-offy parts of living right that destroy everything

i’d bet that those who have the most difficulty within the “present moment” have the most to gain from surrendering to it, opening the flood gates of stimuli without fear but with excitement or reverence.

everything you do is imbued with meaning, whether you are aware of it or not.

forced/targeted/subversive/unwanted advertising is criminally fucked up

decadent ages typically precede massive historical/societal shifts. stay aware and proceed with grace

cannot compete with machine people, and shouldn’t want to…
